Scots pine shoots can be characterized by:
- emollient
- expectorant
- diuretic and bile-stimulating effects

Ingredients: Scots pine shoots 100 %
USE: pour 3-4 shoots with water at 80°C (200ml), keep them warm for 15-20 minutes. Sip 3-4 times a day for 20 minutes. before a meal.
Mix 0.5-1 teaspoon of clover flower powder with food (yogurt, porridge, vegetables) or drink. You can make a delicious tea: pour it with water at 80°C, keep it for 15-20 minutes, strain it. Drink 1/3 glass 3 times a day after meals.
WARNING: Do not drink the tea if you are sensitive to pine shoots. Adhere to the specified amount.
