Spring blossom honey

Our spring honey is yellow in color and has an exceptionally intense aroma! It is common for spring honey to be whitish, but in our region, there are no rapeseed plants, so the honey is a clear yellow. It crystallizes quickly (in about 2-3 weeks), and when it solidifies, it adorns itself with bright marbled patterns (a sign of quality honey 😊). Its crystallization is also unusual – the crystals are like large semolina grains. Spring honey is also special in its taste – it is incomparable, like a first love 😊, and our customers say it is DIVINE!!!

Bees bring spring honey from the nectar of garden and meadow flowers, mostly dandelion and apple blossoms. Health specialists value spring honey the most, because the latter contains the most useful substances and vitamins, and has healing and immunity-boosting properties. It can be a powerful weapon in the fight against colds, as this honey has many antibacterial properties. It is also considered to be one of the least allergenic, so it is recommended to give it to children who have not yet tasted honey.

Our elders already knew about the beneficial properties of this honey and used it not only for colds, but also for skin wounds, digestive tract ailments, depression, etc. It contains hydrogen peroxide, a natural antibacterial substance that inhibits the reproduction of microorganisms and promotes wound healing. Because of these properties, honey is also used in cosmetics: it perfectly soothes and nourishes the skin without greasing it, so it is suitable for various skin types.
