Consumption. Honey enriched with pine pollen should be consumed in moderation. The daily rate is a teaspoon (best in the morning or in the first half of the day), try to keep it in your mouth as long as possible. Use for 21 days, then take a 21-day break and repeat the course.
Do not use for those, who are allergic to conifers and their pollen.
We collect pine pollen in May. It is a fun activity for the whole family - some sit on the top of the pine tree, others comb the lower branches. 😊 When the pollen smells, dries, we mix it with honey.
